I don't feel good

Your problems are separate from your feelings. You may not have distinguished them from each other simply because you own both of them.

And that is a good thing. It means that you can choose how you feel and not the other way round since your feelings do not own you - you own your feelings!

Similarly, your problems do not own you - you own your problems!

So how do you choose the way you feel? By not having the problems in the first place? But even those were chosen by you.

You know, the tiny you (your conscious self) may view this or that as a problem, but not your larger self. You have chosen this in order to evolve, to move a little beyond your comfort zone so that you can have even more than what you already have.

But I can't, I've got all these problems.

It has to do with the way you feel. Don't think so? When you become so overwhelmed by the problems that you face and you can't make them go away, all you want is (at least) for the feeling to go away.

(Did you know that some people are so good at feeling bad that they can do so with no apparent problem? This is normally known as depression.)

Still not fully convinced that feelings play a role? Try this:

Use a note pad or your computer to jot down three things:

1) The most serious problem you have right now, whether it's money, health or relationships or a combination of any two or all.

2) Then write one word to describe how you feel when you think of the problem. It could be any word such as anxious, miserable, fearful, helpless, hopeless, etc.

3) Now write one more word to describe how you'd feel if that problem no longer exists. You can use words like happy, peaceful, relaxed or any word of your choosing.

What do I do now?

It is so easy to get lost in the course of one's life. I am pretty sure you would not mind it if only you were enjoying yourself. You will however, start questioning yourself when things are not rolling on smoothly.

That is fine too, since now we are presented with an opportunity for something even better than what we already have. Indeed, what we commonly view as a problem is an opportunity.

If you have heard of this before, perhaps you may think that this is all fine and dandy, but how do I survive at the moment? We know that a glorious future awaits us but just now, how are we going to go through this? In short, what do I do now?

If you are like me, you only want to be free of this somehow. You wish that someone else takes your place. Better yet, you wish that you were never under such circumstances as you are. I only hope that you do not go so far as to wish that you didn't exist in the first place!

Well, I am not sure if you want to hear this, but the above thinking is simply 'not aligned' with the universal laws. Nevertheless, regardless of your way of thinking, the same laws apply even with such thinking, the only thing is that, what you are manifesting is not what you intend. Yes, you still manifest your thoughts, only that you will find that they are not what you intended.

Rather than going into more complexities, lets just put it this way, when you don't know what to do, all you have to do is take a pause, let your mind be still. The quieter you are, the better to allow the answer(s) to come.
